At DJ Presskit we want you to be completely satisfied with your presskit. That's why we offer a clear, straightforward refund policy. DJ Presskit is operated by DJ Presskit LLC, a Limited Liability Company registered in the State of New Mexico, United States.1. Satisfaction guarantee
DJ Presskit LLC offers a fourteen (14) day satisfaction guarantee, counted from the final delivery of the presskit — not from the payment date. During this period, minor adjustments are included at no extra cost, with the goal of making sure you're happy with the final result.
2. Full refund
If within the first fourteen (14) days from final delivery you are not satisfied with your presskit, you may request a 100% refund of the amount paid. The refund requires no explanation and applies only within the guarantee period.
3. After the guarantee period
Once fourteen (14) days have passed from final delivery, no refunds will be issued and the service will be considered accepted.
4. How to request a refund
To request a refund within the guarantee period, email us at info@dj-presskit.com and clearly state your intention to request a refund. Requests will be processed by DJ Presskit LLC within a maximum of seven (7) business days from receipt.
5. Service cancellation
The client may cancel the service at any time. Cancellation does not entitle the client to a refund of amounts paid outside the guarantee period, and does not affect presskit availability until the end of the contracted period, unless otherwise specified.
