Welcome to DJ Presskit. By accessing and using this website and the services offered, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. DJ Presskit is operated by DJ Presskit LLC, a Limited Liability Company registered in the State of New Mexico, United States.1. Nature of the service
DJ Presskit is professional digital infrastructure for DJs, designed to centralize, organize and present artistic information in a web-based presskit accessible from a single link. The service is not a daily-use SaaS product — it's a tool artists use when they need to update dates, releases, bio or other professional material for promotion and booking purposes. DJ Presskit does not guarantee any specific commercial results, including bookings, revenue, professional growth or visibility.
2. Annual plan
DJ Presskit is offered exclusively under an annual model. The annual plan includes: full presskit setup, design and spot assignment within a capsule, hosting and technical infrastructure, dashboard access, self-managed content updates, base support, and twelve (12) months of service counted from activation.
3. Annual renewal and service status
Once the annual period ends, the client may choose to renew. If they do not renew: the presskit will remain online and visible, dashboard access will be disabled, content will be frozen in read-only mode with no editing available, and all published information will remain as it was at the time of expiration.
4. Base support
Base support includes: operational questions, general assistance with dashboard usage, and help updating existing content. Base support does not include: development of new features, structural design changes, or customizations outside the scope of the annual plan.
5. Payments and billing
The service is billed upfront on an annual basis. Once the setup and activation process has begun, payments are non-refundable, except as expressly stated in the Satisfaction Guarantee clause. DJ Presskit LLC reserves the right to suspend dashboard access in the event of non-payment of the annual renewal.
6. Satisfaction guarantee
DJ Presskit LLC offers a fourteen (14) day satisfaction guarantee, counted from the final delivery of the presskit. During this period, the client may: request minor adjustments at no additional cost, or request a full refund if they are not satisfied with the result. After the guarantee period, no refund requests will be accepted.
7. Intellectual property
DJ Presskit LLC retains exclusive ownership of: the source code, the technical infrastructure, and the base design and system architecture. The client retains full ownership of their content, including: text, photos, music, logos and audiovisual material. The client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the system while their plan is active.
8. Responsibility for content
The client confirms they hold all necessary rights to use and publish any content uploaded to their presskit. DJ Presskit LLC is not liable for third-party claims arising from the improper, unlawful or unauthorized use of such material. DJ Presskit LLC reserves the right to deactivate content that infringes applicable law or third-party rights.
9. Authorization for promotional use
The client authorizes DJ Presskit LLC to use their presskit, or portions of it, as: portfolio material, a case study, or promotional and institutional content. This authorization does not imply: any alteration of the client's artistic identity, or the publication of private or sensitive information.
10. Service availability
DJ Presskit LLC will make reasonable efforts to maintain service availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. The client acknowledges that downtime may occur due to: scheduled maintenance, technical updates, or failures from third-party providers (hosting, connectivity, external services).
11. Limitation of liability
Under no circumstances shall DJ Presskit LLC be liable for: indirect damages, loss of revenue, loss of business opportunities, or unrealized results. The client acknowledges that the service does not guarantee bookings, contracts or professional success.
12. Termination
The client may cancel the service at any time. Cancellation does not entitle the client to a refund of amounts already paid. DJ Presskit LLC may terminate the service in the event of a material breach of these terms or misuse of the platform.
13. Changes to these terms
DJ Presskit LLC may update these Terms and Conditions with prior notice. Changes will take effect from the client's next annual renewal.
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States. Any disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of that state.
